I’m Timothy “Seven” Shelton, founder of Element Seven.My work is shaped by lived experience, professional leadership, and a commitment to closing cultural and economic gaps through strategy, education, and execution. From community engagement and program leadership to strategic advisory roles across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, my focus has always been the same: helping people and organizations move from uncertainty to clarity.
Element Seven was created to bring culture and capital, strategy and impact, lived experience and execution into one aligned ecosystem.
